HALO Home Services Trade Partner Referral Agreement

Who This Is For: Licensed home service professionals operating in Orange County and surrounding areas who regularly access residential properties and encounter conditions that may indicate structural pest damage, termite evidence, or wood deterioration.

How It Works: When you identify a condition in or around a home that warrants a structural pest evaluation — termite damage, termite droppings, conducive conditions, termite mud tubes — you refer the homeowner to HALO. We handle everything from that point forward. You get paid $75 when the inspection is completed

What You Earn: $75 per completed inspection appointment that results from your referral. Paid within 7 days of the completed inspection regardless of whether the homeowner purchases a service or not. If the homeowner purchases a treatment program of $1,500 or more, an additional $75 bonus is paid. Total potential per referral — $150.

What We Provide You: A simple text or call referral process — no forms, no portal. A monthly summary of your referral activity and payments

What We Ask Of You: Refer only homeowners — not renters or property managers. Do not make diagnostic claims on our behalf — simply say "you should have this looked at" and hand them our phone number with your full name or call in the lead yourself while in their presence. You will be in our system as a trade partner Maintain your own licensing and insurance independently of this agreement

What HALO Commits To: Treating every referred homeowner with the same professionalism and integrity we extend to our own customers Never using your referral relationship as a sales tool against you or your business Paying accurately and on time, every time

This Agreement Is: Month to month. Either party may exit with 30 days written notice. No exclusivity required on either side. The HALO Trade Network is built on the same standard we hold ourselves to; honesty, professionalism, and genuine value for the homeowner. Every referral you send reflects on your reputation as much as ours.

Referred homeowners are verified prior to payment processing. HALO confirms property ownership, legitimate need, and that the referral originated from an authentic field observation. This protects you as much as it protects us; your name is attached to every lead you send.

Partners found to be submitting referrals that do not meet these standards; including referrals from non-homeowners, fabricated observations, coordinated submissions, or any arrangement that prioritizes the referral fee over genuine homeowner need will be removed from the network immediately and permanently without compensation for pending referrals.

We don't expect this to be an issue with the right partners. We mention it because the right partners deserve to know we take the integrity of this network seriously.
