Cancellation Policy
Thank you for requesting a termite inspection. Our goal is to provide you with an accurate assessment and a customized treatment proposal to protect your property. To help us conduct a thorough inspection, please review our scheduling policies below before confirming your booking. Owner/Decision-Maker Presence Required Insurance & Transparency: For insurance purposes and to ensure absolute transparency, the property owner/primary decision-maker must be present for the entire duration of the inspection. Our State licensed inspector will walk through the property with you, explain any active areas of concern in real-time, and discuss your custom treatment proposal and pricing face-to-face. If the owner/decision-maker is not present upon the inspector’s arrival, the appointment will be rescheduled, and a $99 rescheduling fee may apply. Inspection Duration Please allow 30 to 45 minutes for this focused inspection and proposal presentation. Preparing for the Inspection A proper inspection requires our technician to examine both the interior and exterior of your structure. Please ensure we have clear access to: Key Areas: The attic, crawlspace, basement, garage, and the entire exterior foundation. Access Points: Please move any heavy storage, boxes, or furniture at least 3 feet away from interior walls and crawlspace access hatches. Perimeter: Ensure the outdoor perimeter of the home is free of heavy brush, stored firewood, or locked gates. Cancellation & Rescheduling Our inspectors' schedules are carefully optimized by route. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another homeowner. Last-minute cancellations or "no-shows" may result in a $99 cancellation fee before we can book a new date. Weather Considerations While we can inspect the interior of your home in any weather, heavy rain or severe storms may prevent us from accurately inspecting the exterior soil and foundation. If severe weather interferes with your appointment, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule at no additional charge.To cancel or reschedule please let us know with at least 24 hours notice if possible by calling 888-377-4256
