A scale drawing will be created of the home and all the entry points identified. We will look inside the attic to determine if the rodents have entered and if any damage has been done. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing us to help protect your home from rodents. Our goal is to identify active rodent nesting areas, map out their entry points, and provide you with a customized exclusion and treatment proposal. To help us conduct a thorough and safe inspection, please review our scheduling policies below before confirming your booking. Owner/Decision-Maker Presence Required Insurance & Transparency: For insurance purposes and to ensure absolute transparency, the property owner/primary decision-maker must be present for the entire duration of the inspection. Our technician will walk the interior and exterior of the property with you, point out active entry points or nesting areas in real-time, and discuss your customized exclusion and treatment plan face-to-face. If the owner/decision-maker is not present upon the technician’s arrival, the appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Inspection Duration Please allow 30 to 45 minutes for this focused inspection and proposal presentation. Preparing for the Inspection Rodents typically nest in hard-to-reach, undisturbed areas. Please ensure our technician has clear access to: Key Crawl & Climb Areas: The attic, crawlspace, basement, and utility closets. Food & Water Sources: Kitchen pantries, under-sink cabinets, and laundry areas. Exterior Perimeter: Please clear any heavy storage, firewood, or debris at least 3 feet away from exterior foundation walls so we can find potential entry points. Our "No-Show" Policy for Free Inspections While our rodent inspections are provided completely free of charge, our technicians' travel, fuel, and time are highly valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer this slot to another homeowner in need. If you are a "no-show" or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a $125 booking deposit may be required before we can reschedule your free inspection. Weather & Safety While we can safely inspect the interior of your home in any weather, severe rain, heavy snow, or high winds may prevent us from safely inspecting your roofline, crawlspace, or exterior foundation. If severe weather prevents us from doing a complete inspection, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.
